On our initial call, we will discuss your current challenges and answer any questions you have. We will learn more about you and share about Kuska’s approach to supporting families.
2 Assessment
During this part of the process, we will conduct an assessment using direct and indirect methods. We will look to determine medical necessity, program placement, identify strengths and areas of need.
3 Collaborate
Collaboration is pivotal to your loved one’s success. We work with familes and caregivers to identify goals and creating a roadmap to reach them.
