These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, your communications with us, and your participation in our text messaging (SMS) program. By using this website, submitting a form, or providing your mobile phone number to us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or provide us with your information.

1. Who We Are
Kuska Autism Services is a locally owned provider of ABA therapy and autism diagnostic services, with locations in Bountiful and Draper, Utah. You can reach us at (801) 980-7970 or through our Contact page.
2. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
These SMS terms apply to all text messages sent by or on behalf of Kuska Autism Services.
2.1 Program Description
By providing your mobile phone number to Kuska Autism Services and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Kuska Autism Services relating to:
- Appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and changes
- Intake, onboarding, insurance, and authorization updates
- Care coordination and clinical scheduling communication
- Replies to questions you send us
- Occasional service announcements and program updates (for example, social skills camps, new openings, or clinic closures)
Messages are sent by Kuska Autism Services. This is a recurring messaging program.
2.2 How You Opt In (Consent)
You opt in to receive text messages when you voluntarily provide your mobile phone number to Kuska Autism Services and affirmatively agree to receive text messages — for example, by checking the text messaging consent box on a form on this website, by completing our Get Started or intake forms, by providing your number to a Kuska team member by phone or in person, or by texting us first.
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of receiving care from Kuska Autism Services.
2.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your interaction with us and the services you are receiving. Recurring messages such as appointment reminders are generally sent in connection with each scheduled appointment or as needed to coordinate your care.
Most recipients receive approximately 2 to 8 messages per month, and you will receive no more than 15 messages per month under this recurring messaging program. You may also receive additional one-time or conversational messages in direct reply to a message you send us.
2.4 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to any messages you send to or receive from us. Kuska Autism Services does not charge you for text messages, but your wireless carrier may. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
2.5 How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel text messages at any time. To stop receiving text messages from Kuska Autism Services, send STOP to unsubscribe — reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You may also reply with STOPALL, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.
If you prefer to opt out another way, or if you have any trouble opting out, you may also:
- Call us at (801) 980-7970 and ask to be removed from text messaging
- Ask any Kuska team member to remove your mobile number from text messaging
- Reach us through our Contact page
If you would like to rejoin at any time, simply opt in again as described in Section 2.2, and we will resume sending text messages to you.

2.7 Carriers and Message Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Text messaging may not be available on all carriers, all devices, or in all areas.
Our text messaging program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and U.S. Cellular, as well as many regional and prepaid carriers.
2.8 Privacy and Your Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. Information sharing with the service providers who support our messaging platform is limited to what is necessary to deliver the messages you have requested, and those providers are prohibited from using your mobile number for any other purpose.
Any health-related information you share with us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable HIPAA requirements. Please note that standard text messaging is not a secure or encrypted channel, so we ask that you avoid sending sensitive health information by text.
Text messaging should never be used for medical emergencies. If you or your child is experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
2.9 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and either the account holder of the mobile phone number you provide or authorized by the account holder to use that number and consent to receive text messages.
3. No Medical Advice; Not for Emergencies

Use of this website, submission of a form, or communication with us does not create a provider–patient or therapeutic relationship.
